Try to create a peaceful space without disturbance, not necessarily a big place. Wall nearby will be helpful but not a criteria to freeze the location.

If you have sufficient place then you can even use your leaving room which is normally decorated.

But prima facie you should have enough space to stretch out without disturbance.

 3. Consistent Commitment level

Identify that you are more comfortable doing exercise in the morning or evening time, and definitely matches your schedule too.

Start your yoga schedule commitment to practice for 10 minutes a day, and be consistent up to 21 days.

Step by step you have to increase your timings with a high level of commitment. Try to build your yoga practice as part of your daily routines.

The key is, it has to fit in with your life – if it doesn’t you won’t keep maintain it.

4. Focus on 3 Ps

Pain, Pinching and pushing should always be avoided. At the initial stages of your yoga practice you will not be able to distinguish between paid and discomfort.

Pain feels sharp, whereas discomfort makes your day with a dull sensation or you can say it lethargic. At the initial days always prefer light, easy or comfortable poses only.

It’s always advisable to warm up before starting yoga. Gradually increase the timings so that your body can absorb the pressure.

STOP if the joint (Knees, spine, hips, neck, etc) pains. Move gently rather than suddenly out of the posture.

Many yoga poses require strength and proper balance, which is required to be done under the specialist only. Start by developing a basic asanas.

5. Flexible planning

Advantage of doing a yoga practice from home, particularly if you’re doing it online class and you are short of time, you can choose your comfort time of the day.

Sometimes priorities of the day change, so it’s cool to take a call accordingly, but never forget the word consistent.

6. Do it yourself

Just in a week don’t use your video recordings and your notebook for yoga exercise.  Get on your yoga mat and do it yourself and build up your sequence of exercise.

This will build up your confidence and create a great level of interest. If tired sit quietly close your eyes fold your hands below your stomach with a straight posture.

7. Be Enthusiastic

When you are starting out your yoga online classes, share your feelings with your family members, friends, and if possible your office colleagues.

Your passion for your fitness will drive others to do so. While doing yoga you can even use light music. This helps to keep yourself motivated.

When you will start doing yoga at home, lot of friends, relatives or office colleagues may  guide you.

Some will say this is not the right place you have joined, some will say fine you do this asana also. Running after 2 rabbits is foolishness, you will not get even a single.

So stick to what you have taken a call and be consistent and have trust in your leader.  Don’t see 100s of yoga classes on YouTube or some other portals.

The question arises which clothes are comfortable for yoga. Wear comfortable, stretchable pants or shorts and a close-fitting top that won’t move up over your head.
